Fudge!

I'm trying to stop saying the f* word, which is difficult as it has become a fairly large part of my casual conversation. I have been saying a lot of "fudge" lately, instead. Trying to be a lady, and the model of a future US diplomat.

In the spirit of fudge, I am going to try to make some fudge this weekend. You see, there are a lot of people I know who I would like to give a Christmas token, but I don't have too much money in my wallet. I think fudge, and other baked goods, are an appropriate solution to this little issue. Also, I like making something sweet where actual CHEESE is in the recipe (Velveeta is actual cheese, right?)!

I think I will use this recipe, but no nuts. Gotta love Paula Deen.
